Tailored to your child's needs
Services
Schedule an initial evaluation
During this comprehensive assessment (in-home or virtually), Maggie will evaluate your child’s strength, muscle tone, flexibility, postural alignment, coordination, balance, postural control and current gross motor skills. This will assist in diagnosing the reasons for a child’s current challenges. Then, Maggie will work with you to establish a personalized treatment plan, including determining frequency and goals for care.
Begin treatment sessions
Maggie will provide individualized treatment through therapeutic play and guided gross motor activities. Parents will have opportunities to practice activities with their infant or child during each session. Personalized homework will be provided at the end of each session to ensure learning and carryover between sessions. Treatment sessions range from 45-60 minutes depending on tolerance.
TESTIMONIALS
Parent Recommendations
"We were lucky enough to have Maggie as our physical therapist for my 1 year old after he lost all his mobility from a brain injury. I can not put into words how grateful I was to have Maggie as our PT as we were in the middle of navigating all the new changes with our son. Maggie was extremely knowledgeable and did such a great job answering all my questions each session. She would go above and beyond to help me figure out questions and was such a valuable member of his medical team. Most importantly she loved my little boy and made such great efforts to gain his trust and create a genuine bond. As a result my son absolutely loved therapy with her every week. Her warmth made doing hard work at therapy a little more enjoyable for everyone. Her kindness and love for her job makes her such a wonderful person to have on your team. I cannot recommend her enough! We have since moved and have been with many other therapists and she still has remains my favorite that we have ever worked with."
"What an accomplishment! We were so worried in the beginning…and now, so happy our babygirl is doing well! Thank you for always making us feel so comfortable and encouraged, walking us through the exercises, the whys, and what to expect. We always looked forward to our therapy sessions with you. Thank you for everything, Maggie!"
"I trust Maggie with my daughter's progression of her gross motor skills (she has a mild delay in crawling and walking). Maggie is very clear, concise, knowledgeable and kind during our sessions. She explains everything in great detail, with a very clear language which I love. She pays great attention to and remembers the details about my daughter's progress. She is great at telehealth visits too, which I think is harder than the In-person visits due to the nature of the profession. She shows the exercises clearly with a doll or doing them herself. She is a pleasure to work with and my daughter has been making great progress since we've started working with her. I would recommend her to anyone I know! Thank you!"
